Ms. Carla earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Normal Colegio Ensenada University and her AMS, MACTA Montessori Diploma from Centro De Ensenanza Montessori Training Center in Tijuana, B.C. She has 20+ years of working with children at the preschool and kindergarten level. Carla is passionate about teaching and she discovered Montessori when trying to find new ways to meet the needs of her young students. She has always been captivated by the transformation of the child and how they acquire knowledge and develop skills in the Montessori learning environment. Carla brings with her to the MM Family her beautiful son Esteban. She loves how the approach allows children to become independent learners. When she's not teaching she enjoys time in nature, with family, listening to music, dancing and reading.
